X-Edge Viper 2 Flute Series
Highly polished tool designed specifically for achieving the best possible edge finish on aluminum while maintaining a high feed rate. This multi-fluted upspiral is designed for fast flow of cut material enabling high speeds while maintaining supreme edge quality in hard aluminum, dibond, and some woods.
2 fluted Viper was designed specifically for 50-51 & 60-62 or harder aluminum while the single fluted version excels in 3003 or when cutting thin sheets as to reduce part lift.
For best results, use with Liquid-X™ Misting Fluid and use edge finish pass of .01″ on aluminum.
